Apposit is accepting applications for the following positions:
Software Developer
Specific Requirements:
- Minimum 4-year degree holder in a relevant discipline
- 3+ years expertise and experience in several relevant development platforms such as Java/J2EE, .NET, C/C++, Databse Development etc.
- Experience with software development tools and applications including IDEs, Application Servers and DBMSs
- Experience with Open Source platforms/frameworks/systems such as Linux, Apache Frameworks, MSQL etc. is a plus
Applicants for this position should:
- Have a good understanding of software development methodology, tools and techniques
- Posses the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and work in a team environment to develop solutions to meet business needs
- Possess the interest to learn new technologies and take direction from more experienced staff members
- Have excellent communication skills for team interaction and to document and present technical issues in a clear and concise manner
Technical Support Staff
Technical support staff will be deployed in a number of environments and are responsible for the implementation and support of systems supported by the company.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- 4-year degree holder in a relevant discipline preferred
- Strong background in information technology
- Advanced expertise in Windows Operating systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local languages
- Training or teaching experience a plus
Applicants for this position should:
- Have excellent interpersonal skill for customer management
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Confidently and effectively be able to deliver training on a variety of technologies
