MMP - Content Delivery

The Content Delivery Module provides access to information through multiple channels including SMS, IVR, Fax and Email.
The module support PULL[ing] information, whereby a user will request for a certain type of information from the system, and PUSH[ing] of information whereby the system sends out information to users.
