TechnoServe's Coffee Initiative in Ethiopia will be working with Apposit to allow their field staff to submit daily and weekly reports to management via SMS and IVR. Apposit will be providing a hosted data collection platform based on its Multi-Channel Message Processor (MMP) platform. This will be another first of its kind in Ethiopia, and will facilitate the flow of information in a timely and cost effective manner.
